We take great pleasure in telling you that Lioness Subi, based at our Livingstone, Zambia site has given birth to cubs. At least 3 have been seen, although she is keeping them well hidden and protected in her den. She's doing very well so far, and we look forward to seeing these little ones's growing up.

Subi, one of the female lions at Livingstone’s breeding base is potentially with-child! To prepare her enclosure, cubbing dens needed to be built – also, whilst we’re doing this, we’re building a couple of other dens for shelter purposes. Our volunteers and staffing team have been working really hard in building these!
